Multi-manager process: giving you access to excellent managers
We select the external managers on the basis of a well-founded analysis of the four ‘P’s: philosophy, process, performance and people. We analyse these four ‘P’s using a disciplined, high-quality selection process, which gives us access to excellent managers worldwide.
A total of three bodies are involved in the investment decisions, all of them being in constant touch with each other:
- the Manager Selection Committee
- the portfolio manager
- the Portfolio Management Committee
The multi-manager philosophy is implemented using our core/satellite approach.
