LGT is increasing its collaboration with the scientific community, focusing on behavioural finance, quantitative finance and sustainable investing. In these disciplines LGT can build on existing expertise and an excellent reputation, especially in the asset management division.

Within these disciplines researchers are sponsored and student prizes awarded. The project LGT and Science was inspired by successful models in the pharmaceuticals industry and represents a long term commitment on the part of LGT to scientific collaborations.
