This new and innovative product makes use of LGT expertise in the credit and philanthropy sectors, whilst clients and bank make a combined contribution to improving the living situation in less well-developed regions of the world.
This mortgage allows you to support a product of your choice from LGT Venture Philanthropy. You will be kept up-to-date on the developments. In general, following projects are available:

- Aangan Trust, Mumbai, India
- mothers2mothers, Cape Town, South Africa
New and existing first mortgages on residential buildings are eligible. The offer applies to variable and also fixed mortgages or their tranches and is presently only valid within Liechtenstein.
The rate of interest for the LGT Philanthropy mortgage consists of part financing and part “interest on the donation” of an eighth percent. LGT copies with the same amount – which means double aide for people in need. LGT also covers any administration costs.
