LGT Fund Managers (Ireland) Limited
was awarded a licence by the Central Bank of Ireland in May 2001 to manage Irish-domiciled "collective investment undertakings", i.e. funds. We are also authorised to manage third-party funds outside Ireland. As a fund manager and administrator, LGT has the power to manage funds under contract from their governing bodies, providing the following services:
- Net asset value calculation
- Accounting
- Cash management
- Documentation management
- Compliance with all regulatory and reporting requirements
The company's activities are focused on managing funds that invest in alternative asset classes and helping to structure products in an environment of rapid growth and dense regulation.
LGT Bank (Ireland) Limited
was formed in 1993 in the International Financial Services Centre (IFSC) in Dublin and was awarded a full banking licence in 1997. This allows us to offer our services in other EU member states as well:
- Lending and deposits
- Structured finance
- Real estate financing
- Financing concepts/financial advice
- Securities trading
Dual taxation treaties and other agreements between Ireland and onshore markets give us excellent scope to offer high-net-worth individuals and institutions structuring and borrowing opportunities in a regulated onshore environment. The Bank is registered as a Qualified Intermediary, which means that we can trade US securities on behalf of our wealthy private clients.
