• Proactive and efficient support of the team members in the development and expansion of our business with demanding high net worth private clients
• Independent and proactive handling of day-to-day business incl. pre- and post-processing of client and acquisition appointments
• Independent client interaction (pending case management, correspondence, account opening, compliance, etc.)
• Efficient order taking and processing in the areas of securities, foreign exchange, derivatives and payment transactions
• Independent assumption of organizational and administrative tasks to relieve the relationship managers (m/f/d) (office management: agenda management, presentations, correspondence)
• Collaboration in the organization and preparation of customer events (invitation process) in cooperation with Marketing as well as selective participation in representative events together with the customer consultants (m/f/d)
• Optionally, the possibility to work on internal projects  

• Higher education in banking or business administration is an advantage
• Committed personality with a very high level of initiative
• Distinctive customer orientation and willingness to serve with the highest standards of quality and reliability
• Empathic personality with good manners and excellent communication skills
• Outstanding ability to work in a team
• German and good English skills, both written and spoken

Remuneration is based on the collective agreement for banks and bankers, so a collective agreement minimum salary starting at € 2,344.71 p.m. gross can be assumed. We offer - depending on specific qualifications and experience - a significant overpayment.
