Your challenge

Within our Recruiting & Employer Branding team we are currently looking for an experienced Private Banking Talent Sourcing Expert who understands the needs of our business and applies innovative strategic thinking to support our bank’s growth strategy. Leveraging your cross-industry know-how and profound knowledge of international markets paired with a good understanding of business requirements, you will create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles and continuously build first-class network of relationships. If you have previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the financial industry, and strong passion to connect with people, we would like to meet you.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Understand requirements of the business stakeholders and define innovative and target group-oriented sourcing strategies to generate a strong pool of talents for open roles
  • Contact and interact with target candidates and establish applicant networks
  • Identify the right talents and the appropriate methods of direct approach using variety of channels
  • Recognize new trends and apply latest methods in active sourcing online and offline
  • Leverage social media channels (e.g. LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook) to find and connect with prospective candidates who might be suitable for relevant target roles
  • Review resumes and online CVs to pre-screen potential candidates and build relevant internal and external candidate pools for key roles in the organization
  • Conduct regular phone, VC and /or in person interviews 
  • Understanding of and ability to elaborate on organization’s EVP to attract qualified global top talent
  • Frame and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization
  • Responsible for tracking of recruitment metrics and processes 

Your profile

  • Higher education in Business Studies or Human Resources
  • Several years of experience in talent research, active sourcing and/or professional recruiting in a similar role within Private Banking
  • Passion and great enthusiasm in working with candidates/applicants
  • Strong communication skills, spoken and written, coupled with the capacity to persuade and influence effectively
  • Strong knowledge of various sourcing tools, platforms, techniques, and methodologies
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task
  • Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Proficient with applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Fluent in German and English (minimum C1 level)
