LGT is committed to the fascinating sport of curling
LGT has been sponsoring a range of curling competitions for many years now – this season, it is sponsoring the World Men’s Curling Championship 2022 in Las Vegas, which will take place from April 2 to 10, 2022.
Skill instead of strength, accuracy instead of speed. Tactics, teamwork and fairness are very important in curling – this winter sport isn't called "chess on ice" for nothing – and has been gaining popularity for years.
Curling is one of the oldest team sports in the world. The sport is particularly popular in Canada, Scotland, Scandinavia and Switzerland. The aim of curling is to place your own stones closer to the three concentric circles – the so-called "house" – than the competition.
LGT has been supporting curling events worldwide for more than ten years. One of the most important competitions will be held in the USA from April 2 to 10, 2022: the LGT World Men's Curling Championship.
