The Shared Relations department is responsible for the support of our private banking units in Asia, Dubai, Switzerland and Austria and also looks after the LGT Group companies. In the daily proactive front support - with focus on internal LGT Group companies and funds - you can expect a challenging and exciting job with the following main tasks:

• Account management from opening to closing (payment transactions, stock exchange transactions, client documentation, etc.)
• Taking on a wide range of tasks as well as clarifications (compliance, KYC, FATCA, EMIR, MiFID, etc.) and providing information to internal and external partners
• Ensuring solution-oriented trouble shooting
• Collaboration in projects
• Continuous optimization of process flows and the development of corresponding documentation
• Regular exchange with LGT colleagues operating worldwide with a focus on smooth service

For success and enjoyment in this position, you will have the following qualifications:

• Completed banking apprenticeship, internship for high school graduates or similar training with a focus on banking.
• Relevant banking experience in private banking or front-supporting areas as well as compliance are an advantage
• Very good knowledge of German as well as good knowledge of English and enjoyment of their use in a national and international environment are indispensable
• Organizational talent with high demand on quality
• Service orientation is a top priority
