Do you want to be a key player in the new digital world of LGT Private Bank and take the client and employee experience to a new level? Are you annoyed every day by platforms that are not cleverly designed or by inconsistent design? Would you like to help shape the conceptual basis for the further development of our digital touchpoints and transform complex issues into easy-to-use user interfaces? - Exactly these challenges and even more exciting tasks await you as a User Experience Specialist at LGT.

• You establish UX methodologies and principles and anchor them in our organization

• You build up a community of practice around the topic of UX / UI and play a key role in supporting it

• Together with specialists from marketing and application development, you will define design and usability standards and thus ensure the consistency of our external and internal services across all channels

• You assess current solutions in terms of user-friendliness (usability assessments)

• By working closely with other technical experts, you ensure that concepts and standards are technically feasible

• You use your expertise to advise product owners, business analysts and UI developers on the implementation of projects

• You plan and coordinate usability tests (user testing)

• You will support the innovation process in design thinking

• Helping to define, plan and implement our channel strategy

• You coordinate and support external partners who support us in the individual channels with regard to UX

• You follow current trends in the area of UX and UI and ensure that LGT can benefit from innovations

• A higher technical education in the field of UX / UI designer or equivalent training

• Several years of experience as a UX / UI designer or in a similar role

• Methodological competence in the field of UX (e.g. user journey maps, prototyping & wireframes, agile UX testing) 

• Modeling, communication and presentation skills

• Good comprehension skills for familiarization with complex and challenging topics

• Team player (interdisciplinary team), humorous and creative

• Independent way of working and enthusiastic approach

• Hands-on mentality and enjoy making complex topics user-friendly

• Ideally experience in the financial sector

• Very good knowledge of German and English
