• You will check orders for opening/changing customer relationships to ensure they are correct.
• You enter data in the core banking system and archive documents.
• You will maintain the customer master data control systems.
• You maintain the internal department documentation You will provide support to market staff (m/f/d) with questions about customer master data.

• High school diploma (commercial degree is an advantage) or apprenticeship diploma as a bank clerk

• Initial work experience in the financial services sector after graduation desirable

• Accuracy and high quality standards

• Very good communication skills in German and English

• Knowledge of KESt, FATCA, QI and GMSG is a plus.

• You are a reliable, flexible team player (m/f/d) with a can-do mentality who never loses sight of service orientation.
