As an agile IT Business Analyst, you will work at the interface between the bank and IT. In this varied and responsible role you will help to improve the user experience of LGT clients. You will enhance the digital private banking application LGT SmartBanking Pro (B2B) with interfaces such as EBICS and OpenWealth.

Become part of an agile team and take on the following tasks:

  • You analyze the user stories of the product owner and support the prioritization.
  • You capture and analyze the requirements and are responsible for the IT specifications
  • You accompany the implementation of the development teams and the testing with the operational stakeholders
  • You support the Scrum Master in scheduling the required resources, especially in coordinating with internal and external IT service providers
  • You analyze and assess business processes in the context of changes to IT systems and ensure the implementation of efficient processes
  • You will contribute your knowledge and provide advice and support to internal stakeholders in case of questions regarding the product

Your profile

The following knowledge or experience in the following topics will make it easier for you to join us:

  • You have a higher technical education in business informatics, business administration or equivalent professional experience
  • You have experience in requirements analysis, process consulting and solution design
  • You are willing to familiarize yourself with new fields of activity and to acquire new knowledge
  • You have strong communication skills, a service- and customer-oriented attitude and understand complex interrelationships quickly and holistically
  • Experience with agile methods, e.g. Scrum, is helpful
  • Technical understanding, e.g. with data interfaces (EBICS, OpenWealth) or system knowledge around Avaloq are desirable
  • You are a flexible, resilient personality and work systematically, structured and independently
  • You are fluent in German and English
