We are looking for an experienced and committed AI Solution Lead to manage and further develop our global activities in the field of modern AI & analytics solutions. In this responsible position, you will shape the strategic direction and successful deployment of forward-looking technology platforms within the LGT Group. You will work across departments and transform business requirements into innovative, scalable, and secure solutions that create sustainable added value and efficiency.
Your Key Responsibilities
Lead the global AI solutions team (GenAI, Advanced Analytics, and Process Automation).
Develop and execute the strategic vision for GenAI and advanced analytics platforms and initiatives.
Oversee architectural decisions to ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions, delivering actionable insights and automation.
Ensure high-quality, maintainable, and well-documented code using best software engineering practices.
Champion best practices in software engineering, model development, and MLOps.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, data governance, and internal standards.
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in AI, analytics, and software engineering.
Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven leadership in data science, GenAI, and advanced analytics environments.
Deep technical expertise in data architecture, cloud technologies, and ML engineering.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Solid understanding of software engineering principles (design patterns, data structures).
Very good written and spoken German and English skills
Proficient programming skills in Python and/or Java/C#.
Demonstrated experience with AI/ML frameworks and MLOps tools.
Practical experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure), data pipeline development (ETL, ELT), and workflow orchestration.
Knowledge of regulatory standards for data and AI.
Experience in financial services or a similar regulated industry.
