Your challenge

For our long-term development in international private banking you will take over the following tasks in the function as Assistant Private Banking (f/m/x):

  • Active support of the Relationship Managers in advising and supporting our demanding international customers
  • Independent handling of day-to-day business including independent pre- and post-processing of client and acquisition appointments as well as collection of information
  • Preparation of account openings, liquidity management and monitoring of customer portfolios with regard to due dates of open pending items  
  • Independent order taking and processing in the areas of securities, foreign exchange, derivatives and payment transactions
  • Independent and proactive relief of the relationship managers in all administrative matters and travel management (planning of business trips, reservations, agenda management, etc.)
  • Assumption of organizational and administrative tasks in terms of comprehensive office management (correspondence, documentation, compliance tasks)

Your profile

For this responsible position we are looking for a dedicated and trustworthy personality with the following profile:

  • Completed banking or commercial training with several years of practical experience in the private banking business
  • Experience in servicing international private banking clients an advantage
  • Experience in dealing with cross-border client relationships and knowledge of regulatory requirements (MiFID, KYC, AML etc.)
  • Committed and proactive personality with a high level of initiative
  • Strong customer orientation and willingness to serve with a high demand for quality and reliability
  • Empathic personality with well-groomed manners and very good communication skills
  • Good time and self-management as well as reliable work organization
  • Outstanding ability to work in a team
  • Very good German and English skills, French and Italian skills is an advantage
