Your challenge

We are looking for a committed and trustworthy personality as Assistant Private Banking or Client Relationship Officer (f/m/d) for our team in one of our core markets Liechtenstein. In this role you will take on the following tasks:

  • Actively support the Relationship Managers in advising and servicing demanding Liechtenstein private clients.
  • Independent handling of day-to-day business, including independent preparation and follow-up of client and acquisition appointments as well as obtaining information
  • Preparation of account openings, liquidity management and monitoring of client portfolios with regard to due dates and open pending accounts  
  • Independent receipt and processing of orders in the areas of securities, foreign exchange, derivatives and payment transactions
  • Independent and proactive relief of the relationship managers in all administrative matters (reservations, agenda management, etc.)
  • Assumption of organizational and administrative tasks in terms of comprehensive office management (correspondence, documentation, compliance tasks)

Your profile

For this responsible position we are looking for a trustworthy and integrity personality with the following profile:

  • Completed banking or basic commercial training with several years of practical experience in private banking
  • Experience in servicing private banking clients is an advantage
  • Experience in dealing with cross-border client relationships and knowledge of regulatory requirements (MiFID, KYC, AML etc.)
  • Market-specific knowledge in the securities, foreign exchange and derivatives areas
  • Committed and proactive personality with a high level of initiative
  • Distinct customer orientation and willingness to serve with a high demand on quality and reliability
  • Empathic personality with good manners and excellent communication skills
  • Good time and self-management as well as reliable work organization
  • Very good German and good English skills
