Your challenge

  • Supporting our Senior Relationship Managers in both client service and all administrative matters in our daily business
  • Organization of client visits, proactive clarification of client inquiries and monitoring of client orders (stock exchange, foreign exchange, forex and credit transactions, etc.)
  • Administration of customer files (opening, recording/maintaining customer data and closing in our systems)
  • Various administrative and organizational tasks
  • Substitution of other assistants during vacation absences

Your profile

  • Completed commercial or equivalent education in the financial sector as well as several years of professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in Private Banking
  • High level of customer orientation as well as a pronounced service mentality
  • Reliable, independent and discreet personality with an accurate and quick way of working
  • Pleasure in working with a demanding clientele and within a team
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, knowledge of Avaloq is an advantage
  • Excellent knowledge of German and good knowledge of English, French is an advantage
