Your challenge

For our long-term development in the Intermediaries business, we are looking for a committed and trustworthy personality as Assistant Relationship Management Trustees & Lawyers (f/m/x). In this function you will take over the following tasks:

  • Proactive and efficient support of relationship managers in day-to-day business with trustees and lawyers in the target market (correspondence, appointment coordination, account opening, compliance tasks, etc.)
  • Independent receipt and processing of securities, foreign exchange and derivatives transactions
  • Independent telephone support of trustees and lawyers and their clients in general banking and investment matters
  • Independent, efficient and high-quality pre- and post-processing of client visits
  • Active relief of relationship managers in administrative matters (office management, presentations, correspondence, due diligence) and investment meetings
  • Monitoring of client portfolios with regard to maturities and investment opportunities
  • Active support of the relationship managers in providing holistic client-oriented advice and support to the upscale clientele

Your profile

For this responsible position we are looking for a person with the following profile:

  • Completed banking training with several years of experience in the intermediary business or in servicing private banking clients
  • Specialized further training in banking or business management training is an advantage
  • Very good knowledge of securities, foreign exchange and derivatives as well as a broad knowledge of general banking transactions
  • Excellent customer orientation and service attitude in combination with an empathetic and outgoing personality
  • Independent and proactive way of working as well as good work organization
  • Very good German and English skills (written and spoken)
  • Confident handling of MS-Office and knowledge of Avaloq is an advantage
