Your challenge

For our team in Private Banking Austria we are looking for a dedicated and trustworthy personality as Assistant Private Banking, who will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Proactively and efficiently supporting the Relationship Managers in their day-to-day business as well as in advising and assisting our demanding clientele.
  • Taking over organizational and administrative tasks in terms of a comprehensive office management (correspondence, documentation, agenda management, compliance tasks etc.)
  • Independent preparation and follow-up of customer and acquisition appointments as well as collection of information
  • Monitoring of customer portfolios with regard to due dates of open pending accounts, preparation of account openings and liquidity management
  • Independent order taking and processing in the areas of securities, foreign exchange, derivatives and payment transactions
  • Collaboration in the organization and preparation of client events (invitation process) in cooperation with Marketing as well as selective participation in representative events together with client advisors

Your profile

For this responsible position you bring the following profile:

  • Completed banking apprenticeship or basic commercial apprenticeship with several years of practical experience in retail banking
  • Understanding of the developments and interrelationships on the European markets, especially Austria
  • Experience in servicing private banking clients is an advantage
  • Experience in dealing with regulatory requirements (MiFID, KYC, AML etc.) and knowledge of cross-border regulations
  • Committed and proactive personality with a high level of initiative as well as a strong customer orientation and willingness to provide services with a high demand on quality and reliability
  • Empathic personality with good manners and excellent communication skills
  • High degree of initiative and independence as well as a precise and efficient way of working
  • Stylish communication in German and good English skills
