The Audit Data Analyst is a member of the Group Internal Audit data analytics team in Bendern. The small team is focusing on delivering data analytical products and solutions to the global GIA department, such as audit specific data analysis and rapid ad-hoc analysis. It is responsible for the BI and SSBI capabilities towards all internal Auditors as well as advanced data analytics and the implementation and application of AI solutions within Audit.

• You will work with audit teams to help identify risks, facilitate strategic data sourcing and develop innovative solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness of audit testing through data analytics
• You contribute to maintain and improve the BI and SSBI capabilities of GIA consisting out of GIA own resources like GIA dashboards, SSBI DWH and continuous auditing solutions as well as IT provided solutions
• You contribute to the engineering, development and use of advanced analytics and AI to deliver state of the art insights and AI products for the audit department
• You engage with Auditors and selected business functions on all matters of data analytics and AI
• You help to increase data literacy within the department through trainings, one to one sessions and active participation in the data analytical part of audits
• You constantly engage with emerging data analytics technologies and products as well as its regulations through continuous training and testing

In Ihrem Profil zeigt sich:

• Bachelor-, Master- oder Diplomabschluss in Datenanalyse, Statistik, Softwaretechnik oder ein vergleichbarer Abschluss oder Berufserfahrung im Bereich Datenanalyse, IT, Audit oder Bankwesen mit hohem Bezug zur Datenanalyse
• Ausgezeichnete analytische und problemlösende Fähigkeiten
  Vertiefte Kenntnisse und nachgewiesene Erfahrung mit Datenanalysetools wie Power BI, Tableau, Qlik o.ä.
• Vertrautheit mit Algorithmen des maschinellen Lernens und Erfahrung mit überwachtem und unüberwachtem Lernen wie linearer/logistischerRegression, SVM, Random Forest und Boosting, Clustering oder Mustererkennungstechniken
• Vertrautheit mit neuronalen Netzen, Transformationsmodellenund NLP im Allgemeinen sowie Data oder Process Mining ist von Vorteil;
  Frühere Erfahrungen mit Azure Cognitive Services, PowerBI Cloud und deren SSBI-Konzepten sind von Vorteil
• Frühere Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Audit, Risiko, Betrug oder Controlling sind von großem Vorteil
• Erfahrungen in der Finanzbranche oder im Private Banking sind von Vorteil;
  Fähigkeit, mehrere Aufgaben zu bewältigen und sich in einer schnelllebigen Teamumgebung zurechtzufinden
• Hohe Motivation, sich mit neuen Technologien und neuen Bereichen der Datenanalyse, der IT, der Rechnungsprüfung und des Bankwesens zu befassen, sobald diese auftauchen
• Sehr gute Beherrschung der deutschen und englischen Sprache
