Your challenge

The Security & Resilience Team is part of Group Security and is responsible for Operational Resilience, Business Continuity Management (BCM), Physical Security and part of LGT Group Insurance.

As an Business Continuity & Resilience Officer in the "second line of defense" you will be responsible for the following tasks in the areas of Resilience, Business Continuity Management, Physical Security and Insurance:

  • Conceptual analysis and subsequent implementation of national and international regulatory requirements and their impact on LGT in the area of BCM and Resilience.
  • Carrying out risk assessments
  • Conducting gap analyses
  • Definition of group standards in relation to information security
  • Creation of reports
  • Planning and conducting awareness trainings
  • Project collaboration
  • Controls, review, consulting of the "First Line of Defence
  • Support and maintenance of international insurance policies

Your profile

For this exciting position we are looking for a responsible personality with the following profile:

  •  Completed professional apprenticeship in the field of banking, IT, risk, insurance or administration and / or completed studies in the field of economics, business informatics, risk management or information security.
  • Experience / education in the field of Risk Management, Business Continuity Management, Insurance, Physical Security and / or Information Security
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Networked thinking and the ability to implement abstract regulatory requirements in an overarching ICS
  • Good knowledge of the most important MS Office products is required
  • Conscientiousness, flexibility, interpersonal skills, team orientation, assertiveness, independence are your strengths
