Your challenge

We are looking for a Business Manager Credit (f/m/d), who will support us in the course of our growth and digitalization strategy. Your tasks will include:

  • Analysis, optimization and documentation of existing processes in the Financing business area (with a focus on Lombard and mortgage loans) in the area of tension between digitalization vs. special solutions for UHNWI Private Banking clients.
  • Support and (partly) lead as well as plan complex IT related credit projects to improve and automate credit processes including the creation of training documents
  • Coordination and interface function between the group-wide credit departments in Europe and Asia and the IT department
  • Creation and collaboration in the development of decision-making bases for the attention of decision-makers
  • Gradual development of in-depth knowledge in the use of various credit applications in Avaloq
  • Supporting Avaloq users in their day-to-day business

Your profile

For this exciting position we turn to a responsible personality with the following profile:

  • Completed banking training preferably in credit or relevant university degree (Banking & Finance or (Business) Informatics).
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in banking (ideally in the credit sector)
  • Initial experience in project management at the interface of IT and business
  • Knowledge of the core banking system Avaloq advantageous
  • MS-Office, in-depth Excel knowledge (macros, etc.) advantageous
  • Good conceptual and analytical skills with high IT affinity
  • Able to work under pressure and responsible team player
  • Solution-oriented and reliable way of working combined with fast comprehension skills
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
