Your challenge

1. Active support of the front-office for day-to-day administrative tasks.

2. Prompt handling of non-client facing front tasks such as:

  • Take over closing process from the front (new CLM process)
  • Handle the task force offboarding process
  • Handle any static data changes on behalf of the front (changes and additional services (e.g. change of address, change of BO, change of RM/ change of structure or new smartBanking set-up, PM mandates etc.)
  • Take over preparation tasks such as credit- and debit card applications (incl. Trouble shooting for lost passwords etc.)
  • Handle reference letter applications, bank confirmations
  • Take over event/marketing nomination via CRM
  • Handle error handling (error account handling), reversal of fees

3. Support with tools, and other administrative tasks (expenses, travel management etc.)

Your profile

  • Commercial apprenticeship and job-related higher degree
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in Private Banking is required
  • Language skills in English (written and spoken) is required, preferably also fluent in German. Other languages French, Russian, Arabic, Spanish is an advantage.
  • Team player, flexibility, “can-do” attitude, reliable, accurate and a solution-oriented mind-set.
