Your challenge

  • Active support of the front in complex client onboardings and client reviews (also helping to make risk-based decisions).
  • Providing fundamental know-how about corporate structures (trusts, foundations, SPVs etc.) and its formalities as well as KYC knowledge.
  • Active management of improvement ideas, which have a positive impact on the efficiency of front processes
  • Assistance in application- and process-related matters, system knowledge
  • Coordination and delivery of hands-on training
  • Acting as the first point of contact for all front-related questions and issues. Position entails serving as a central hub for coordinating and collaborating with diverse internal stakeholders to identify practical, business-oriented solutions.

Your profile

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in Private Banking is required, job-related higher degree, education in the financial sector and/or bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance or economics.
  • Very good communication skills in English (written and spoken), preferably also fluent in German; knowledge of French, Russian, Spanish and/or Arabic is an advantage.
  • AML, KYC and due diligence know-how is required
  • Team player, flexibility, “can-do” attitude seeking ways to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Seeking continuous service improvement, high quality standards, reliable, accurate and a solution-oriented mind-set. Strong analytical skill is a plus.
  • Thrives on building bridges between business units, ensuring quality and fostering a culture of knowledge sharing.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution, proficiency in using communication and collaboration tools, familiarity with quality assurance processes and principles.
  • Excellent command of MS Office suite.
