Your challenge

In this non-client-facing role you are a member of the business development team within UHNWI EMEA.

  • Close collaboration with front office departments to in order to identify and map new prospects as well as analyzing and prioritizing existing prospects

  • Conducting in-depth research and analysis of individuals, families, companies, foundations, family offices, networks as well as other market intelligence tasks

  • Creation of structured information and presentation material about the business opportunities

  • Strategic acquisition planning, action logs, follow-ups and timely deliverables

  • Organizing BOG (Business Opportunity Group) meetings

Your profile

  • At least 5 years of work experience in a private banking / UHNWI environment or in business development within the financial industry

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics, law or equivalent

  • Entrepreneurial and innovative approach identifying business opportunities

  • Result-driven working attitude with high level of flexibility, ownership and sense of responsibility

  • Team player with strong analytical, communication and coordination skills

  • Fluent in German and English, any other languages are an advantage

  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
