Your challenge

We are looking for a motivated and trustworthy person to join our team in one of our core markets Liechtenstein as Client Relationship Officer (f/m/d). In this role you will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Proactive and efficient handling of day-to-day business including independent preparation and follow-up of client and acquisition appointments as well as obtaining information
  • Independent support for demanding Liechtenstein private and corporate clients
  • Opening accounts, managing liquidity and monitoring client portfolios with regard to due dates and outstanding items  
  • Independent receipt and processing of orders in the areas of securities, foreign exchange, derivatives and payment transactions
  • Deputizing for other team members in all administrative matters (office management, compliance tasks, agenda management, presentations, correspondence)
  • Collaboration in projects

Your profile

You have the following profile for this responsible position:

  • Completed banking training or basic commercial training with several years of practical experience in private banking
  • Experience in looking after private banking clients
  • Experience in dealing with cross-border client relationships and knowledge of regulatory requirements (MiFID, KYC, AML etc.) as well as market-specific knowledge of securities, foreign exchange and derivatives
  • Service-oriented and enthusiastic personality with a strong client focus
  • Sense of responsibility, winning demeanor and high level of initiative
  • Negotiating skills, persuasiveness and a strong focus on results
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and advisory skills
  • Fluent German and good command of English
