Your challenge

Si occuperà di tutti i servizi legati alla nostra cassa (assistenza ai clienti, esecuzione di ordini di pagamento, ecc.) e garantirà un'elevata qualità del servizio alla nostra reception (circa 60% cassa/circa 40% reception).

I compiti principali comprendono:

  • Gestione della cassa (depositi, prelievi, cambi, gestione delle scorte di cassa, compiti di controllo e bilanciamento della cassa).

  • Gestione delle casseforti dei clienti, della posta in giacenza e dei valori fisici della banca

  • Ordini di pagamento, gestione delle carte Maestro e di credito, Smartbanking

  • Accoglienza dei clienti, gestione del centralino telefonico e delle sale riunioni e di ricevimento.

  • Attività amministrative quali prenotazioni di ristoranti, acquisto di caffè, regali, cioccolatini, ecc.

Your profile

  • Apprendistato nel settore bancario o formazione finanziaria continua

  • Almeno 3-5 anni di esperienza nel settore della cassa settore bancario, delle operazioni di pagamento e mezzi di pagamento elettronici (carte di credito/debito)

  • Conoscenza della CDB/AML

  • Conoscenza fluente dell'italiano scritto e parlato e ottima conoscenza del tedesco o dell'inglese

  • Conoscenza di MS-Office e del sistema Avaloq

  • Elevato orientamento al cliente, affidabile, discreto, aspetto curato, buone capacità di comunicazione

  • Team player, motivato e pronto a fare il passo più lungo della gamba
