Your challenge

LGT PB Fund Solutions Ltd. establishes and manages customized EU-compatible investment funds (AIFs and UCITS) under the LGT brand. The team develops suitable fund solutions according to the needs of LGT Private Banking Group or in partnership with external fund initiators. 

As Compliance Officer Investment Fund you will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Dealing with all legal and regulatory matters and ensuring compliance requirements, in particular with regard to sustainability regulation (SFDR, taxonomy, etc.)
  • Supporting our employees with regard to inquiries on legal and regulatory issues (ESG, AIFMG, UCITSG, SPG, etc.)
  • Periodic and event-driven review and assessment of compliance with legal requirements of the managed funds
  • Initial review and periodic monitoring of delegation partners, in particular those in the areas of asset management and fund distribution
  • Analysis and monitoring of legal and regulatory developments
  • Collaboration in Group-wide projects to implement new regulations (in particular sustainability)

Your profile

  • Completed university studies or studies at a university of applied sciences 
  • Further education (e.g. sustainability regulation) is an advantage
  • High interest in the legal and regulatory environment as well as compliance-relevant topics 
  • Knowledge of the legal and regulatory framework in the area of sustainability and investment funds is an advantage
  • Very good communication skills in fluent German and English
  • Willingness and passion to continuously develop and enjoy the challenge of working in a performance-oriented environment
