Market view and Insights
LGT is the largest Private Banking and Asset Management group in the world to be owned by an entrepreneurial family. As the family office of the Princely House of Liechtenstein, we have years of experience in the management of sizeable sums of assets.
As a controller in the fee distribution process of the LGT Private Banking fund range, you are part of a group-wide process and are responsible for the timely processing of this cross-organizational activity. This covers both traditional and alternative products and applies to the LGT Private Banking Group. Furthermore, the central fee distribution process is embedded in various downstream processes or systems. You will bring your conceptual and analytical approach to the solution of future projects and challenges. You can expect a motivated team in a working environment of flat hierarchies and short decision-making paths, in which you can actively contribute and participate.
As a controller you will be responsible for the following tasks:
We rely on committed and motivated employees. In return, we assign a lot of responsibility, creating an environment in which you can contribute your expertise, quality standards and innovative ideas.
Encouraging, recognizing and rewarding personal initiative and performance is encouraged at all levels of the organization.
Help shape LGT and become part of a family - not just a company.
A great place to work – a great place to have impact: LGT promotes diversity among its employees. We believe that an inclusive and appreciative corporate culture is the driver for a great workplace and provides the opportunity to create a unique and successful team. That's why our employees can also benefit from many additional benefits.
Transparency is important to us. That is why you will find everything that matters to us on our website – plus everything you should know about us before you meet us in person, open an account or apply for a job. That includes, for example, the history of the Princely Family, which is closely intertwined with our own.
