As part of the expansion of the LGT Private Banking business in Germany, we are looking for a Credit Advisor for the financing of prime real estate in Germany. As a member of our team, you will manage a mortgage loan book and ensure competent and efficient processing of financing requests for residential real estate from our international private banking clients.
Independent advice and development of individual financing solutions for our private clients in the area of prime real estate financing in Germany. Occasional processing of residential real estate financing in other European target markets.
Preparation of comprehensive loan applications and drafting of loan agreements and mortgage collateral agreements.
Carrying out recurring credit assessments and recurring reviews of mortgage loan positions.
Maintaining contact with account managers working in the assigned German market, including traveling.
Preparation of presentations on real estate financing solutions for clients and internal decision-makers.
Leading and participating in projects related to LGT's residential real estate lending business in Germany.
Participation in the drafting of mortgage loan agreements in accordance with the provisions of the Residential Real Estate Credit Directive (WIKR).
Commercial degree in banking, preferably with a focus on lending and further studies in banking or equivalent higher education.
Years of professional experience in the lending business, mainly in the area of residential real estate financing in Germany.
Structured, diligent and detail-oriented way of working with the ability to meet deadlines while ensuring a high level of quality.
Proactive and motivated team player with strong interpersonal skills.
Very good knowledge of German and English.
In-depth knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
