Your challenge

We are looking for a Credit Risk Manager for the international credit business. As a member of our team, you will support the Credit Advisor in managing a loan book and ensure competent and efficient processing of international credit inquiries, ongoing credit extensions and monitoring of existing credit customer relationships. In doing so, your responsibilities will include the following challenging activities:

  • Assess and process existing and new incoming special Lombard loans and international real estate financing in the Private Banking segment
  • Supporting the Credit Advisor in the preparation of loan applications (new applications and resubmissions) to the authority holders
  • Preparation of loan agreement and collateral documentation in coordination with the Credit Advisor and/or with external entities (notaries / lawyers)
  • Supporting the Credit Advisor in the analysis of complex financing transactions
  • General administrative tasks such as maintaining electronic and physical loan files as well as Excel reporting and monitoring lists, processing advance due dates, and entering and maintaining loan data in the AVALOQ booking system.
  • Collaborate on loan specific projects

Your profile

For this responsible and not everyday position we are looking for a trustworthy person with the following profile:

  • Completed banking training preferably with a focus on banking or equivalent training.
  • Completed or in the process of obtaining a higher professional examination in banking or equivalent higher education.
  • Pleasure in dealing with internal and external customers.
  • Solution-oriented, responsible and service-oriented approach to work.
  • Ability to work in a team and flexibility.
  • Willingness to develop further.
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, knowledge of French an advantage.
  • In-depth MS Office knowledge (especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
