We are looking for a Credit Service Manager (m/f/d) in the area of personal loans. In this role, you will support credit officers in the analysis, processing, and monitoring of complex credit transactions. Your area of responsibility includes the following tasks:
Receiving, processing, and assisting in the analysis of complex credit inquiries from our personal customers worldwide (especially Lombard loans and mortgages)
Supporting the preparation of credit applications and reviews for submission to credit authorities
Processing and handling approved credit transactions, including the issuance of credit and security documents in collaboration with credit officers
Entering data to properly record a completed transaction in the internal banking system, including ongoing data maintenance
Managing electronic and physical credit files
Reconciling various monitoring lists and general administrative tasks such as creating Excel reports and evaluating sensitivity analyses
For this position, we are looking for a trustworthy and integral personality with the following profile:
Banking education or other basic education with further training in the banking or financial sector
3-5 years of professional experience in the credit sector (preferably in Lombard)
Very good knowledge of German and English (spoken and written)
Affinity for numbers, combined with excellent MS Office skills, Avaloq knowledge is a plus
Proactive and motivated team player with high interpersonal skills
Structured, careful, and precise working method with the ability to meet demanding deadlines while ensuring a high level of quality
