Your challenge

As a Data Protection Specialist, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Reviewing legal documents such as contracts and data privacy notices and processing data subject requests
  • Advising on projects and plans relating to data protection issues (GDPR)
  • Developing strategic options for action on individual data protection topics
  • Sitting on internal bank specialist committees and project organizations as a representative of the DPO
  • Creation and further development of directives, factsheets, training documents and data protection systems

Your profile

  • University or higher education degree preferably in law, optionally with certification in data protection / GDPR / privacy (e.g. CIPP/E, CIPM, CAS DPO)
  • Work experience in the financial industry (legal department)
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Knowledge of operational data protection (CH and EU) an advantage
  • Quick comprehension, argumentation skills, ability to implement, ability to work independently and in a team
