LGT is the largest Private Banking and Asset Management group in the world to be owned by an entrepreneurial family. As the family office of the Princely House of Liechtenstein, we have years of experience in the management of sizeable sums of assets.
In this interesting and responsible position, you will support our Head of Private Banking in Vaduz with administrative and organizational tasks as well as interface management within the business unit and with other business areas and group companies. Supporting Head Private Banking Bank AG in all organisational and administrative tasks:
Coordination of appointments and meetings, including the preparation and follow-up, as well as the creation of presentations and reports
Planning and organizing business trips for the executive board member
Establishing and maintaining communication lines in the respective markets of the business unit and ensuring the flow of information
Supporting the executive board member and the local business management in fulfilling various control duties (e.g., compiling, analyzing, and evaluating reports using various IT-tools)
Coordinating, organizing, and accompanying events for customers or employees, department management meetings, offsites, etc.
Active stakeholder management and collaboration with the local business management team as well as the executive board's assistant

Several years of experience in banking, ideally as an executive assistant
Basic education in banking or business administration; further training as an executive assistant or in project management is an advantage
Fluent in German and English; additional languages are of advantage
Strong customer orientation, high assertiveness and flexibility, as well as a willingness to contribute ideas and support the implementation
Good knowledge of Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (OneNote is an advantage)
