Your challenge

As a Financial Crime Compliance Expert, you maintain an overview of the sanctions provisions and rules currently applicable to LGT Group. As part of the global sanctions team, you translate the rules into instructions for colleagues as well as controls.
You are used to communicating even unpopular issues professionally and comprehensibly at eye level. You support local sanctions officers, business, operations and IT in your area of expertise in order to set group-wide standards.
You are a valued partner for exceptional issues and are happy to contribute to efficient solutions. You create reports and carry out controls to ensure proper behaviour of all parties, but also to react promptly to new problems and possible risks.

Your profile

Your profile:

  • Degree with a reference to financial crime and a strong IT/data affinity.
  • Several years of experience in the field of compliance, with a strong relation to economic sanctions
  • Good conceptual and analytical skills 
  • Good coordination and communication skills
  • Reliable, solution-oriented way of working as well as quick comprehension skills
  • Assertive team player
  • Fluent in German and English
