In 18 months, you build up knowledge for your target function, get to know other business units through stages and expand your horizon with a two-week seminar in Singapore. In your future role as Innovation Manager (f/m/d), we focus on the following tasks:
Strategic analysis and preparation of current trend topics with relevance for LGT
Collaboration on "Proof of Concepts" within the LGT InnovationLab
Support and supervision of the global LGT Intrapreneurship Program
Establishment and maintenance of partnerships and networks (internal and external)
Coordination and preparation of internal and external communication and events
A very good bachelor's or master's degree in the field of economics, entrepreneurship or business informatics (not older than twelve months)
Very good language skills in German and English, other foreign languages are an advantage
Project management skills coupled with high quality standards
High affinity and interest for new technologies, innovation topics and industry issues
Strong customer orientation with initiative and organizational talent
Interest in a long-term commitment to LGT
