In 18 months, you build up knowledge for your target function, get to know other business units through stages and expand your horizon with a two-week seminar in Singapore. In your future role as Wealth Planner, we focus on the following tasks:

  • Creating added value by providing individualized and needs-based advice to our clients
  • Supporting the Senior Wealth Planner in advising clients on all aspects of long-term strategic wealth planning (financial investments, financing, taxes, retirement planning, succession planning and arrangements, but also any related domicile decisions)
  • Co-development of appropriate asset concepts and strategies
  • Proposals and examination of possible structures (foundations, shareholdings, etc.) also with regard to governance aspects 
  • Accompanying the Senior Wealth Planner in the presentation of the concepts at client meetings

Your profile

  • A very good Bachelor's or Master's degree in Banking & Finance / Business Administration / Tax Law or a law degree (not older than twelve months)
  • Very good language skills in German and English, other foreign languages are an advantage
  • High affinity for advising and supporting high net worth private clients
  • Strong customer orientation and communication skills
  • Analytical and organizational talent as well as distinct ability for networked thinking
  • Ability to work in a team and willingness to go above and beyond the call of duty
  • Identification with LGT and its values
  • High affinity for tax, legal and regulatory matters as well as for international and interdisciplinary issues
  • Interest in a long-term commitment to LGT
  • Banking or financial experience is an advantage; a keen interest in industry topics is a prerequisite
