For our branch in Basel, we are looking for an engaged and reliable professional to lead Reception, Cash Desk, and Facility Management. In this responsible position, you will manage a team of seven employees and ensure efficient workflows in reception, cash management, and all organizational and technical tasks related to our site. With your commitment, you contribute significantly to providing excellent service for both our clients and employees.
Your responsibilities:
Lead and develop the team
Ensure a professional reception experience for clients, coordinate meeting rooms, and manage the telephone switchboard
Take responsibility for the local cash desk: handle payments, cash transactions and security deliveries
Organize and coordinate all facility management services, including budgeting, cost control, invoice review, and approval
Act as Local Security Officer (LSO) for the branch: ensure building security, manage alarms, and implement internal standards
Support projects such as renovations and relocations
Help maintain and further develop guidelines, processes, standards, and service levels within your area of responsibility
Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
Several years of experience in a similar role, ideally with strong expertise in cash desk operations
Proven leadership skills and the ability to guide teams successfully
Strong customer and service orientation
Excellent German skills as well as good English and French abilities
Very good organizational skills, team spirit, excellent communication, and an independent, precise working style
Proficient use of MS Office applications
High level of flexibility, resilience, discretion, integrity, and sense of responsibility
