To strengthen our team, we are looking for a young talent consultant to manage and further develop our young talent development program:
Responsibility for the training programs: commercial and IT apprenticeships, business school interns and bank entry for secondary school graduates
Design and documentation of training concepts, administrative tasks as well as budgeting and controlling
Supervision and development of around 40 apprentices in CH and FL
Supervision and coaching of around 50 practical trainers in CH and FL
Contact person for schools, offices, banking association, teachers and others
Organization and implementation of recruitment as well as future day, taster days, etc.
Media planning and coordination for all training courses
Banking apprenticeship and preferably further education in human resources
Preferably experience as a professional trainer, practical trainer
Very good written and spoken German
High degree of initiative and structured way of working as well as analytical skills and networked thinking
Team player, strong communicator and winning personality
Personality with a high level of service orientation, innovative spirit and willingness to help shape change processes
