HR Information Systems Specialist 80% - 100% (f/m/d) Bendern (LI)

After the successful introduction of Workday as a new global HR system on LGT Group level, the HR Services & Digital Transformation team is looking for a Workday Specialist. In this role you will be responsible for the further development of Workday and its functionalities as well as for maintenance and operational improvement tasks. This challenging and exciting position will allow you to train and enable our employees in using HR processes.

• Technical maintenance, optimization and further development of processes, reports and applications as well as support in day-to-day operations
• Analyze and capture external and internal business requirements and implementation of them
• Support Workday problem analysis, root cause analysis and troubleshooting, including the involvement of internal and external specialists
• Advice and support to HR and the business areas in process issues
• Provide user training, develop and keep user tutorials updated and train users in using Workday
• Administration and configuration of existing business and HR processes in Workday
• Ensuring of the interfaces to the surrounding systems in cooperation with IT

Your profile:

• University degree or equivalent in Human Resources and/or Information Technology
• Several years of experience in HR IT systems with a minimum of 3 years of experience in all Workday modules
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Verbal communication skills in German is an advantage
• Experience in the financial industry and/or in HR is an advantage
• Team-player with strong interpersonal skills and a high level of integrity and discretion
• Focus on high-quality delivery and customer orientation
