Your challenge

We are looking for temporary support for the HR Services team responsible for the company locations in Liechtenstein and Switzerland.

  • You will be jointly responsible for the entire administrative HR lifecycle ( registration of mutations (entries/transfers/leavings), creation of various letters and employment references, processing of incidents, system maintenance, archiving, etc.).
  • You will support various HR projects and the optimization of various processes
  • Contact person for internal and external inquiries on HR topics

Your profile

  • You have a commercial education and further education in human resources
  • You have work experience in human resources
  • You enjoy carrying out administrative tasks
  • Very good knowledge of German and English and are proficient in MS Office; knowledge of the HR system Workday is an advantage
  • You are characterized by a very precise, structured and speedy way of working as well as the highest level of integrity
  • You are a team player with a flexible and motivated personality
