Within our Recruiting & Employer Branding team we are currently looking for an experienced Private Banking front office recruiter who understands the needs of our business and applies innovative strategic thinking to support our bank’s growth strategy. Leveraging your cross-industry know-how and profound knowledge of international markets paired with a good understanding of business requirements, you will create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles and continuously build first-class network of relationships.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Frame and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization
• Close collaboration with sourcing team to define the right strategy for each role respectively
• Identify the right talents and the appropriate methods of direct approach using variety of channels (Referrals, LinkedIn etc.)
• Collaborate with department heads to specify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria
• Conduct regular phone, VC and /or in person interviews 
• Responsible for tracking of recruitment metrics and processes 
• Understanding of and ability to elaborate on organization’s EVP to attract qualified global top talent
   

• 8+ years of professional recruiting experience in a similar role within Private Banking
• Innovative self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset and passion for recruitment & learning
• Outstanding negotiation and sales skills, selection strategies
• Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment
• Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic understanding of marketing strategies
