The Human Resources graduate trainee will be based in Hong Kong and working in the Asia Pacific team on the following areas:
- Talent Development and Mobility
- Performance and Reward
- Talent Acquisition
- Diversity and Inclusion
In addition, the graduate will have the opportunity to take a short-term assignment in Human Resources Department in another location and shadow in 2 other specialist departments in Hong Kong
-Graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree or above in any discipline between May 2021 to May 2023
-Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin / Cantonese
-High level of written and oral communication skills
-Strong analytical, presentation and problem-solving skills
-Ability to listen with a continued hunger to learn and develop
-Flexibility and openness to new ideas
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
-Determined and committed to take responsibilities
-Interest developing a career in HR following the successful completion of the Graduate Program
