Your challenge

Do you want to start your career in the dynamic world of banking? We welcome you to a unique opportunity: we are looking for a committed and motivated person to actively support our form management team for a period of 6 to 12 months. Your area of responsibility
In our forms management team you will play a decisive role in the design and administration of forms - a central element of our corporate identity. Your tasks will include the layout of customer forms in line with our corporate design, the creation of electronic forms with digital signature function, the revision of existing forms as well as the close cooperation with international departments for the publication of digital forms. You will also support the coordination of legally compliant translations of forms into specific form languages and assist in the uploading of electronic forms into our IT systems. Your involvement in 2nd level support rounds off your varied area of responsibility.

Your profile

Your qualifications:
You have completed a technical or commercial apprenticeship or are currently studying. Experience or flair in the area of desktop publishing as well as a high affinity for IT are an advantage. A good command of English is required, further foreign language skills are welcome. You are characterised by an extremely structured way of working, enjoy working in a team and keep a cool head even in dynamic situations.
