IT-Services Support (m/d/w) Vienna (AT)

• Supporting the IT team with support activities (on-site, by phone) including media technology/meeting rooms
• Creation and maintainance of IT manuals, instructions, and IT descriptions (e.g., FAQs, solution descriptions)
• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software
• Ordering, distribution, and disposal of end-user hardware (work equipment and telephony)
• Conducting 1st level controls (e.g., access rights) and collaborating with risk and security

• Completed IT education (e.g. technical college (HTL))
• 3-5 years of experience in IT support
• Customer-oriented, structured, and precise working style
• You stand out for your helpful, communicative, and solution-oriented nature
• Solid knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of network technology and hardware
• Good command of German and English (written and verbal)
• Availability for on-call duty for building security approximately 1 week/month
• Knowledge in the field of IT security preferred

In addition to a very interesting field of activity, we offer you an attractive salary package. The planned gross annual salary on a full-time basis is EUR 50,000.00 (all-in including bonus).
