Your challenge

In order to strengthen our Group Controlling team, we are looking for a committed, resilient, team-oriented and communicative personality. Driven by LGT's growth, the requirements in the area of controlling and reporting have increased. As a member of the Group Controlling team, you will be responsible for the timely preparation of various reports and analyses with a focus on Human Resources. In your function, you will work together with Group Human Resources on a cross-organizational basis in order to implement the requirements set. You will bring your conceptual and analytical approach to the solution of future projects and challenges. You can expect a motivated team in a working environment with flat hierarchies and short decision-making processes, in which you can actively contribute and participate:

Independent creation and further development of reports and analyses (with focus on Human Resources) as well as creation of presentations.

  • Data import and processing of HR data in the MIS reporting tool as part of the monthly closing process
  • Support and participation in the implementation of projects within the MIS reporting tool
  • Coordination with Human Resources regarding data quality and transfer
  • Interface function between Group and Local Human Resources as well as Group Controlling
  • Active participation in the creation and analysis of the headcount budget

Your profile

  • University degree in the area of Finance & Controlling or comparable training
  • Professional experience in controlling is an advantage
  • First experiences with Oracle Essbase advantageous
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
  • IT affinity
  • High degree of independence and sense of responsibility
  • High social competence
