Your challenge

The Liechtenstein Academy Foundation is an independent foundation of LGT. The program focuses on people and aims to offer competencies and knowledge that enable independent participation in an increasingly complex society and promote long-term, responsible thinking and action. This has been the case for more than 25 years. The Liechtenstein Academy Foundation is constantly expanding its range of services. For this reason we are looking for a Junior Learning & Development Specialist - 60-80% (f/m/d).

  • support in the planning, administration and organization of the training programs. This includes, for example, training organization, participant management, coordination with external trainers and management of the Learning Management System.
  • seminar supervision in German and English at our Campus Schloss Freudenfels in Eschenz TG (approx. 2-3 weeks per year) after appropriate introduction
  • support of the Academy management: processing of payments, appointment coordination, preparation of foundation board meetings, etc.
  • various communication tasks such as internet and intranet maintenance, news writing
  • collaboration in international education projects

Your profile

What you bring with you:

  • basic commercial training or equivalent training
  • further education in business administration at HF or FH level is an advantage
  • experience in the organization and administration of courses or equivalent events
  • good knowledge of English
  • organizational talent, accuracy and reliability
  • excellent communication skills in German and English
  • experience in the field of learning and development is an advantage
  • strong interest in a wide range of personal development topics
  • team player and high customer and service orientation
  • enjoys a dynamic environment, new challenges and continuous development
