Your challenge

At our headquarters in Vaduz, we are looking for reinforcement for our Group Legal Corporate & Transactions team, which supports the management and group companies of LGT in corporate law issues, projects, acquisitions and investments. In addition, the team looks after LGT's brand portfolio and advises the IT and trading.

  • Independent case handling, including in the areas of corporate and contract law (e.g. formation of companies, contract management, corporate housekeeping)
  • Support in legal clarifications, preparation of legal documents and projects
  • Contact and coordination with Group companies and external lawyers in Switzerland and abroad
  • Administrative support of the members of the Group Legal Corporate & Transactions department
  • Dedicated team with exciting tasks in a challenging environment

Your profile

​Your Profil:

  • Completed commercial training in a legal environment or Matura (university entrance qualification)
  • Professional experience, preferably from a comparable function; additional training such as CAS Paralegal an advantage or willingness to complete such training
  • Very good MS Office skills
  • Very good German as well as very good oral and written English skills 
  • Positive, committed and reliable personality who enjoys carrying out his or her tasks carefully, precisely and in a goal-oriented manner
