Your challenge

The Liechtenstein Academy Foundation is an independent foundation of LGT. The range of programmes focuses on people and aims to offer skills and knowledge that enable independent participation in an increasingly complex society and promote long-term, responsible thinking and acting. This has been the case for more than 25 years.

The Liechtenstein Academy Foundation's range of services is constantly being expanded. For this reason, we are looking for a Learning & Development Specialist.

  • Programme responsibility for selected programmes: Analysis of customer needs, conception and implementation
  • Seminar supervision in German and English at our Campus Schloss Freudenfels in Eschenz TG and possibly at other locations (approx. 5-6 weeks per year)
  • Collaboration in international educational projects: Development of content in cooperation with our speakers and educational institutions
  • Seminar and course administration

Your profile

  • A higher education (HF, FH, university)
  • Experience in staff development - from conception to supervision of seminars
  • Pronounced interest in a broad spectrum of personal development
  • Extensive methodological skills, preferably also in the implementation of virtual content
  • Strong communication skills
  • Very good knowledge of English

You will work in a small team that serves an international clientele with very different requirements. A high degree of personal responsibility, precise work, flexibility, all-rounder skills and, above all, enjoyment of contact with people from different cultures are indispensable prerequisites for us.
