• Support of the Client Data Management department in the opening of clients (legal entities) including formal and material control of the account opening documents (incl. CDB, AIA & FATCA requirements).
• Responsibility for the mutation of client data
• Providing information in response to internal enquiries
• If required, support of the Client Data Management department (natural persons)

• Completed commercial or equivalent training, preferably in the financial sector
• Professional experience in the area of formalities / account openings
• In addition to your German mother tongue, you have a good command of English
• Mastery of MS Office and ideally Avaloq experience
• You are reliable, independent, team-oriented and able to work under pressure
• You have good assertiveness and are used to taking responsibility
• In addition, you are characterised by a very precise and efficient way of working as well as a high level of communication skills and a strong service mentalit
