Your challenge

We are looking for a dedicated Payments Troubleshooting Officer who is passionate about the diverse challenges within our team.  Your main responsibility will be to work closely with our international colleagues in Europe and Asia. You will play a key role in processing incoming payments and monitoring account movements, while carrying out reconciliations and clarifications related to remuneration, credit checks, freezes and compliance measures.

  • Carry out clarifications and corrections related to remunerations and incoming payments, including troubleshooting discrepancies.
  • Close cooperation with our international colleagues in Europe and Asia
  • Contacts with correspondent banks at home and abroad
  • Processing incoming payments through various channels
  • Carrying out account closings and balances
  • Managing and processing documents related to payment transactions
  • Checks in connection with insufficient creditworthiness
  • Clarification and processing of blocking and compliance measures

Your profile

  • Completed commercial training, ideally in the banking sector
  • Preferably knowledge of payment transactions
  • Good command of written and spoken English for smooth communication with international colleagues and banks
  • Ability to think in a solution-oriented manner and strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and responsibly to accomplish tasks
  • Strong team spirit and willingness to help others to achieve common goals
