Operation, maintenance, installation and design of Oracle databases
Ensure High-availability, replication, and disaster recovery solutions
Performance and resource optimization for different database applications
Analysis of issues in the database environment
Automation - possibilities to prove scripting skills (SQL, PLSQL, Shell and Perl scripts)
Automate database administration and maintenance activities
Documentation of infrastructures and databases
Flair to develop and implement concepts for Oracle databases
Working on various projects in the database environment
Identify new technologies that enhances the scalability of our ecosystem
Understand and comply to the Company’s risk and regulatory standards
Escalate risk-related issues to management
Oncall service required
Completed technical studies or equivalent professional experience
Experience in administration of Oracle database and interest in deep dive
Experience in the administration of UNIX servers as well as Oracle databases an advantage
Work experience in Oracle RAC database administration
Experience in scripting (SQL, PL/SQL, Shell and Perl) is an advantage
Good written and spoken English
Interest and "drive" to advance projects and infrastructures
You are a well-balanced, resilient and a team-oriented person with an accurate, reliable and independent working style, who enjoys working in a dynamic environment with lots of initiative and drive.
